On Wednesday, representatives from Hill & Markes and New York State Industries for the Disabled delivered 70 brand-new backpacks loaded with new school supplies that will go to students at Albany International Center and Albany »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵof Humanities (ASH).
»Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ District of Albany Community Engagement Coordinator Cathy Edmondson gratefully accepted the donation at the district’s administrative headquarters at Academy Park from Bill Miller of Hill & Markes and Don Benson and Michelle Silvernail from NYSID.
Hill & Markes purchased the backpacks and supplies, and NYSID workers partnered with the company to fill them.
