Here at Sheridan Preparatory Academy our mission is simple: teachers, students and families should always expect the best. Our goal is to help students achieve academic success and reach their fullest potential.

As a full service community school, we provide our students with dedicated supports, both academic and social-emotional. We are also proud to offer medical and mental health services within our building.

With our unique designation as one of the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ District of Albany’s community schools, we are able to expand our reach to our families and surrounding community. Community school programs provide academic enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities for our students, support the growth of our families and allow our community partners to have a meaningful impact.
 

Sheridan Prep is a Community School, which functions as neighborhood centers providing additional support and services to students and families during and beyond the regular school day.
