Retired »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ District of Albany administrator Beverly Ivey will serve as the temporary principal at Eagle Point Elementary »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵuntil mid-December while Principal Jared Fox is away for a medical procedure.
Ivey will begin in this temporary role on Monday, and will serve until Fox’s anticipated return on Monday, Dec. 16.
Ivey retired from the district in 2014 after serving as the interim principal at New Scotland Elementary School. She also served as an assistant principal at Giffen Memorial Elementary »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵfor 10 years, including a year as the building’s acting principal, and four years as assistant principal at Albany »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵof Humanities.
