There was plenty of joyful noise outside Edmund J. O’Neal ƹƵof Excellence on Friday, as middle and high school students and staff from Albany International Center whooped for and high-fived elementary students in their program and the Dual Language Program.
After the younger students marched in their clap-in parade, the secondary students received their round of cheers.
