Supervisor Alert: UAOnline Unavailable at 3PM Tuesday 6/30/26

Dear University of Alaska Supervisors:
Please be advised that UAOnline will be unavailable from 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30 through 8:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1 to accommodate fiscal year-end processing activities.
As an approver of timesheets, this means:
All employee time sheets must be fully approved no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30. Once UAOnline goes offline, approvals cannot be completed until the system is restored. As a result, timesheets in pending status will be returned, requiring the approval process to restart from the beginning.
Please review and approve all pending time sheets as soon as possible to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
