Introducing HR Support Services
酴圖弝けHR has changed the name of the Personnel and Customer Service teams to HR Support Services to better reflect their scope and purpose.
The new name emphasizes the teams role as a resource and partner in delivering HR solutions and services across the system. This change aligns with 酴圖弝けHRs service-oriented approach that prioritizes collaboration, efficiency, and responsiveness.
As HR continues to expand its focus on strategic initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement, the support team plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences to serve the 酴圖弝けcommunity effectively.
The merge of Customer Service and Personnel further reflects ongoing collaboration with our HR Coordinator community. To lead this important unit, Interim CHRO Nickole Conley appointed Claire Morton, our long-time HR Customer Service Manager to manage HR Support Services.
